The location for Poole was amazing and fab, close to a superb Sandy beach and a handy bar area with plenty of sheltered seating, the very upmarket Sandbanks and Poole harbour and the Channel. The breakfast in the morning was nice hot and complete with bacon worthy of special note and tasteless fish.

We were upgraded to a sea view with balcony at no extra charge. Views were amazing felt like being abroad, also food in the restaurant in the evening was amazing great flavours.
Drinks expensive and thought pool area might have been nicer as rest of hotel was. But with beach and sea being on the door step made up for it.

We arrived to find a super hotel and a super location. It was wonderful to be able to walk out onto the beach and to have such a fabulous view from the bedroom balcony. The staff were outstanding in all ways and really it was just perfect. To bring our family here with us including grand children of various ages is what we are considering in the near future but also we intend to return ourselves in the next few weeks for me to convalescence from an operation - I cannot wait to get there! We have told many friends of our visit to your Sandbanks Hotel .

Friendly efficient and comfortable
When booking we filled in to have a sea view but ended up with a view out of a side window of a small part of bay beach. Room was ok but distance from reception eas long and down a corridor in need of a review for walls and carpet damage.

We loved the direct access to the seven-mile Blue Flag beach, perfect for swimming and windsurfing. The pirate-themed play area was a hit! The fun team kept the kids busy with games.
The room we got was pretty dated. The shower was either freezing or boiling, and it had a shower curtain that didn't do much. We expected a more modern setup for such a great location.
